Board composition isn’t always on top of the biotech ventures’ priority list, but can be a powerful strategic asset. This session will explore what founders should look for when selecting directors, and how the right board can strengthen founder and executives’ capabilities. Experienced directors and founders will share practical guidance on shaping and evolving a board that supports scientific, operational, and commercial growth at every stage.
