 ith a PhD in Chemistry. He has founded\, invested in\, and helped scale 
 more than 25 innovative ventures\, including companies such as Vectura\,
  Arakis\, Cambridge Biotechnology Ltd\, and Geneservice. Andy is also a 
 founder member of the Cambridge Angels.\n\nThe Founders Growth Community
  supports leaders in navigating the journey to Series A with skills deve
 lopment through in-person workshops and an online community. The initiat
